As a service provider we are responsible under § 7 subsection 1 TMG that our own content on this site complies with general legislation. According to §§ 8 through 10 TMG we are not responsible, as service providers, to monitor transferred or saved external information or investigate circumstances which indicate illegal activities.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general laws remain unaffected. Any liability in this respect, however, maybe assumed only after we have learned about a concrete infringement. As soon as we become aware of legal violations we shall remove the respective contents immediately.
